Rainbow heart with sun shinning through

It’s 2025, and for many LGBTQ+ and transgender individuals, the world feels heavier than ever.

Each day brings another headline. Another attempt to question your rights, your body, your love, your truth. And somewhere in all that noise, it’s easy to start feeling invisible, exhausted, or like you have to shrink to stay safe.

"You try to stay ahead of the rising tide, but the current pulls you under."

Taylor Swift, “Daylight”

This is what it’s like to live in a world that’s debating your existence while you’re just trying to live it. The stress isn’t only political—it’s personal. It gets into your breath, your sleep, your sense of who you are. And the truth is, no one should have to navigate that kind of weight alone.

In my therapy practice, I offer a space where you don’t have to explain or defend who you are. Where your identity is not just accepted, but celebrated. Whether you’re questioning, transitioning, grieving, or simply surviving—it matters. You matter.

Therapy doesn’t erase the political climate, but it can help you build an inner one that’s kinder, safer, and more rooted in who "you" choose to be.

If you're seeking support, affirmation, or just a space to exhale—I’m here.

Let’s work together to reclaim your sense of self, even when the world tries to take it.
